Though there may be a number of reasons as to why a customer may request a refund, Lemax Company policy would recommend that when not completely satisfied with a Lemax item you should return it to the place of purchase for a refund or replacement.
Contacting the original place of purchase is the most expedient manner in which to handle most cases as Lemax does not sell merchandise or furnish refunds on behalf of an authorized retailer.
