Though there may be a number of possibilities as to why a Lemax item needs to be returned, Lemax Company policy would recommend that when not completely satisfied with a Lemax item you should return it to the place of purchase for a refund or replacement. Contacting the original place of purchase is most expedient manner in which to handle most cases as Lemax does not sell merchandise on a retail basis and does not stock merchandise.
Unfortunately without the original packaging or receipt, we would have no additional recourse.
