To become an Authorized Lemax Retailer we will require a copy of your company’s resale certificate and/or documentation to verify you are a business, as Lemax does not sell directly to consumers.
We will then send a copy of the current catalog and price list once it is available.
Lemax accepts orders between mid-February and approximately the end of July.
Lemax manufactures all merchandise to order, we do not stock merchandise. There is an approximate 120 day lead time on all orders. Annual opening minimum order is $500.00 USD and all items must be ordered in case pack quantities.
International, Ecommerce and newly established accounts are assigned Prepaid Payment Terms. Prepaid payment terms require a 50% deposit payment at the time of your order placement/confirmation. The balance plus freight charges are due when order is ready to ship.
Payments may be made by wire transfer or by a bank check drawn on a United States based bank. Lemax does not have the ability to accept credit cards.
Freight Terms are F.O.B. Canton, Massachusetts. Lemax does not arrange for international shipping, Lemax will ship to your freight forwarder within the United States.
